Protect your valuable electrical equipment with the LEYDEN LE-VAP 63A Adjustable Voltage & Current Protection Device. Designed for residential, commercial and industrial applications, this intelligent protection relay continuously monitors incoming voltage and load current.

Whenever abnormal voltage or overload conditions occur, the device disconnects the power supply automatically to protect connected appliances. Once power returns to safe operating conditions, the relay reconnects automatically after the preset recovery delay.

The LE-VAP offers complete flexibility with programmable over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, trip delay, recovery delay and power-on delay settings. Its bright LED display provides instant monitoring of voltage and current while advanced protection logic helps increase appliance life and reduces maintenance costs.

Installation Instructions

Before Installation

• Disconnect the main power supply completely.
• Ensure installation is performed by a qualified electrician.
• Verify supply voltage is 220-240VAC single phase.
• Use recommended wire size suitable for 63A load.
• Install inside a proper electrical distribution board.

Wiring

INPUT (Top Terminals)

• N → Neutral Supply
• L → Live Supply

OUTPUT (Bottom Terminals)

• N → Neutral to Load
• L → Live to Load

Always tighten all terminal screws securely.

Initial Setup

After installation:

1. Switch ON the main supply.
2. The display performs a self-test.
3. Wait for the Power-On Delay countdown.
4. Output turns ON automatically.
5. Verify voltage and current display.
6. Adjust parameters if required.
