Upgrade your home lighting with the LEYDEN LS-124D Dual Mode IR Sensor Switch, specially designed for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, closets, vanity mirrors and furniture lighting.

The LS-124D combines two smart operating modes in a single sensor.

Wave Mode
Simply move your hand within the sensing range to switch the light ON. Wave again to switch it OFF.

Door Mode
When the cabinet door opens, the light turns ON automatically. Closing the door turns the light OFF automatically, providing convenience while saving electricity.

Its compact design allows hidden installation inside cabinets while the external IR sensor provides reliable detection. It is compatible with most LED cabinet lights and mirror lights operating on 220-240VAC.

Designed for residential, commercial and office furniture applications.

Installation Instructions

1. Turn OFF the mains power before installation.
2. Fix the controller securely inside the cabinet using the supplied screws.
3. Install the IR sensor in the desired position using the mounting holder.
4. Connect the mains input and LED load according to the wiring diagram.
5. Restore power.
6. Select the required operating mode using the selector switch:
   • Door = Automatic ON/OFF by opening and closing the cabinet door.
   • Wave = Hand gesture ON/OFF operation.
7. Test the sensor before completing installation.

The supplied installation guide illustrates both mounting and wiring arrangements.

Operating Instructions

Wave Mode

1. Slide the switch to Wave.
2. Move your hand within approximately 5 cm of the sensor.
3. Light turns ON.
4. Move your hand again.
5. Light turns OFF.

Door Mode

1. Slide the switch to Door.
2. Open the cabinet door.
3. The light switches ON automatically.
4. Close the cabinet door.
5. The light switches OFF automatically.

For improved sensitivity, the supplied silver reflective label may be attached to the cabinet door facing the sensor as shown in the installation guide.

Maintenance

• Disconnect power before cleaning.
• Clean the sensor window using a soft dry cloth.
• Do not use solvents or chemical cleaners.
• Check wiring connections periodically.
• Ensure no dust blocks the IR sensor.

Warranty Instructions

• Warranty is applicable only against manufacturing defects.
• Damage due to incorrect wiring is not covered.
• Damage caused by water or moisture is not covered.
• Burnt components due to overload or short circuit are not covered.
• Physical damage, modification or misuse voids the warranty.
• Installation by unqualified persons may void warranty.
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage.
